Caring for your empire zoysia lawn
Empire Zoysia is easy to maintain, but a little care keeps it looking premium:
Mow every 10-14 days in summer, or less if you like a longer leaf.
Use a slow-release fertiliser twice a year (spring and autumn) to maintain colour and thickness.
Water deeply and infrequently to support root development and drought resistance.
Keep thatch under control by mowing regularly in the warmer months and de-thatching if it becomes spongy.
