Pick your preferred date when you place your order, and we’ll give you a call to confirm. Once loaded, our driver will holla when he’s on his way, so you have plenty of time to alert the neighbours that they’re about to be insanely jealous of your fresh new hobby!

Your new lawn will be delivered directly to your door using our paletteless delivery system, so there’s no mess to clean up when you’re done laying. Easy as!

Prefer to pick up your grass? No problem.  

Pick-ups are available for orders of less than 50 square meters, but they must be pre-arranged. If you select ‘Pick Up’ when ordering, we’ll give you a call to arrange a time that suits, and give you the details of our pick-up point.

A note on QLD government weight and vehicle restrictions, and weight of turf… 1 meter of turf can weigh up to 20kgs, or more if wet. If you are collecting your order with a single axel ute, you will be limited to one palette. A single axle trailer is limited to less than this. Please check the legal load requirements of your vehicle prior to collection, and bring tie downs or straps.

Site Preparation

Laying a new lawn without proper site preparation, is like trying to build a house on quicksand! While it might look great for a while, everything will start sinking around it like a bad game of Jenga.  

So no matter if you’re hiring a professional (we can recommend our preferred supplier), or DIYing your site prep, make sure you don’t skimp on this step!

  • Yes, to have your turf delivered, you’ll need to order:

    Couch varieties = 75m+

    Buffalo & Zoysia varieties = 50m+

    Need less? You can pick up smaller orders directly from our farm.

  • We'd love to meet you in person, but we understand that you might have more important things to do, like be at the footy. Just let us know where you'd like us to drop off the turf, and we'll take care of the rest.

  • If you’ve ordered 50 meters or less, no problem. Just wait to hear from us with a confirmed day, time and location first. And make sure you’re following QLD safety regulations for heavy loads.

  • Keep in mind that turf is a living plant. And considering we live in balmy Queensland, as a rule, we suggest laying your new turf within 24 hours of it being cut. This will reduce any likelihood of palette burn or heat stress, ensure it doesn’t dry out, and will get you to the pub sooner. Consider laying turf in the coolest part of the day if this falls in line with our 24 hour suggestion.

  • We know you're excited to show off your new lawn to your neighbours, but give it a little time to root itself in before you start hosting a backyard barbecue. We recommend waiting at least a week before walking on the turf.

  • We guarantee that our turf will be the envy of all your neighbours and make your ex-significant other wish they never broke up with you. But in all seriousness, we stand by our product and wouldn’t put anything in your home that we wouldn’t want in ours. If you’ve got some concerns, please don’t hesitate in contacting us we’ll do our best to ensure you’ve got grass that you’re happy to lay and play on.

  • Your turf will be delivered in strips, sitting on a palette, using our paletteless delivery system. Just let our delivery driver know where you want them placed, and there’ll be nothing other than your turf left behind.
