Prefer to pick up your grass? No problem.
We offer pick-ups for turf orders under 50 square meters, but you’ll need to pre-arrange your collection to ensure you have the right vehicle setup and to confirm a pick-up time. If you select ‘Pick Up’ when ordering, we’ll give you a call to lock in the details and provide the location.
Vehicle Requirements
· Turf is heavy—a single pallet can weigh up to 1.2 tonnes. Your vehicle or trailer must be legally able to carry this weight.
· All turf must be properly secured before leaving the farm—please bring tie-downs or straps.
· If using a trailer, a single-axle trailer is limited to one pallet. A single-axle ute can carry even less.
· Trailers and ute trays must be at least 5ft wide to allow tractor loading.
Hand Loading
· Orders under 20 square meters will need to be hand loaded.
· Vehicles and trailers less than 5ft wide will also need to be hand loaded.
· Our team does not assist with hand loading, so please ensure you bring an extra set of hands if needed.

Yes, to have your turf delivered, you’ll need to order:
Couch varieties = 75m+
Buffalo & Zoysia varieties = 50m+
Need less? You can pick up smaller orders directly from our farm.

We'd love to meet you in person, but we understand that you might have more important things to do, like be at the footy. Just let us know where you'd like us to drop off the turf, and we'll take care of the rest.

If you’ve ordered 50 meters or less, no problem. Just wait to hear from us with a confirmed day, time and location first. And make sure you’re following QLD safety regulations for heavy loads.
1 meter of turf can weigh up to 20kgs, or more if wet. If you are collecting your order with a single axel ute, you will be limited to one palette. A single axel trailer is limited to less than this. Please check the legal load requirements of your vehicle prior to collection, and bring tie downs or straps.

Keep in mind that turf is a living plant. And considering we live in balmy Queensland, as a rule, we suggest laying your new turf within 24 hours of it being cut. This will reduce any likelihood of palette burn or heat stress, ensure it doesn’t dry out, and will get you to the pub sooner. Consider laying turf in the coolest part of the day if this falls in line with our 24 hour suggestion.

We know you're excited to show off your new lawn to your neighbours, but give it a little time to root itself in before you start hosting a backyard barbecue. We recommend waiting at least a week before walking on the turf.

We guarantee that our turf will be the envy of all your neighbours and make your ex-significant other wish they never broke up with you. But in all seriousness, we stand by our product and wouldn’t put anything in your home that we wouldn’t want in ours. Your turf will be delivered in strips, sitting on a palette, using our palletless delivery system. Just let our delivery driver know where you want them placed, and there’ll be nothing other than your turf left behind.
