The entrant must own the property or have written permission from the property owner to receive the prize.
Entries must include at least 3 clear photos of the current lawn.
Only one entry per household is allowed.

The winner will be announced within 14 days of competition closing.
3. Prize Details

Yard preparation and turf installation are NOT included.
The Turf Shed will help the winner select the most suitable turf variety for their yard based on site conditions.
4. Winner Selection & Prize Conditions

The prize must be accepted as awarded—no cash alternatives, substitutions, or credit are available.
5. Photo Release & Marketing Usage
By entering, you grant The Turf Shed full rights to use submitted photos, names, and entry stories for promotional purposes, including:
Social media posts, website content, and marketing materials.
Before & after photos of the winner’s lawn transformation.
The winner agrees to provide updated photos after turf installation for marketing use.
